Shashi's dynamic approach and unwavering work ethic are instrumental in their continued success, enabling them to drive business growth and achieve remarkable results.
Throughout the career, Shashi has gained extensive experience in the hospitality industry, including resorts and above-property establishments and have successfully led Operations and Sales teams, while also acquiring cross-training in Revenue Management, Sales, Marketing, and Food and Beverage disciplines.
Shashi’s areas of expertise include leadership, mentoring, coaching, team building, negotiations, sales and marketing, operations, public relations, strategic account development, business development, and F&B operations.
